New boiler installations carry a manufacturer warranty of 5, 7 or 10 years depending on the boiler chosen, and all work is covered by our own 12-month workmanship guarantee. We will always tell you honestly when a repair is the better value option.

- Yes. FHP Heating is Gas Safe registered under number 6075146, and also holds G3 (unvented cylinders) and Water Regulations qualifications. Air conditioning work is carried out under F-Gas registration.
- How does your pricing work?
- There is a call-out and first-hour assessment fee. Once the job has been properly scoped, a fixed price is agreed before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Prices may vary by location.

- What guarantee do I get?
- Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. New boilers additionally carry a 5, 7 or 10-year warranty depending on the manufacturer of the boiler installed.
- Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
- Yes. Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) are issued on completion, alongside servicing and repair work for managed portfolios.
- Do you install air conditioning as well as heating?
- Yes. FHP Heating supplies, installs, services and repairs air conditioning for both domestic and commercial customers, under F-Gas registration.
